Mr. Listrom has a distinguished record in corporate and public finance spanning more than three decades. Mr. Listrom formed Valdés & Moreno, Inc. in July 1994, and in his management capacity, oversees the entire operation of the firm with a particular emphasis on the firm's investment banking unit. Mr. Listrom holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 28, 53, and 55 and earned an MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a BS degree in accounting from the University of Missouri Columbia.  Mr. Listrom is based in the firm’s Kansas City, MO office and will be responsible for leading all marketing and pricing efforts. Mr. Listrom has led all the firm’s efforts in underwriting and co-financial advisory for new issues related municipal bonds.		Mr. Cookson has been with Valdés & Moreno since 2006. He holds FINRA Series 24, 7, and 53 designations and earned an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Mr. Cookson is based in the firm’s Kansas City, MO office and will be responsible for trading, providing pre-sale pricing information, preparing marketing documents and quantitative analysis for transactions.		Mr. Hosty has been with Valdés & Moreno since 2009 and brings nine years of experience in banking brokerage and trust.  Mr. Hosty holds FINRA Series 24, 7, and 53 and earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Rockhurst University and BS degree in business administration from the University of Kansas.  Mr. Hosty is responsible for marketing the bonds to institutional buyers nationally, retail customers locally, trading, providing pre-sale pricing information, preparing marketing documents and quantitative analysis for transactions.		Mr. Jones joined Valdés & Moreno in 2008. He complements the underwriting efforts of the firm by marketing bonds to retail customers through The Bond House, a registered broker/dealer affiliated with Valdés. Mr. Jones holds FINRA Series 52 and 62 designations and earned his bachelor’s degree in management from Park University. He is dedicated to educating new and experienced investors alike through thorough research of issuers and markets to provide investors with the information necessary to make sound decisions.
