Let it be known, in accomplishing our mission, these are our desires and beliefs:

We want to get business because we are qualified and keep business because we perform. We do not want to get any business nor do we want the amount of business we get to be constrained because we are a minority firm.

We want our firm to be an incubator for talented, young women and minorities who want to pursue a professional career in the securities industry. We want to turn out well educated, well trained, and well paid institutional brokers, traders, analysts, and investment bankers.

We believe that the success of our firm hinges on how well we serve our customers and that implies how well we manage productivity and change. To this end, we shall be guided by the philosophy of continuous improvement through employee, customer, and supplier involvement, innovation, and technology. For our retail customers and employees alike, we want to give birth to or set in motion financial dreams.
